Sales & Returns Policy

We strive to ensure you receive the correct goods every delivery, however if you do need to return something, we’re here to help.

Returning Goods
Due to health regulations, we do not provide refund on returns if you change your mind.  

Returns will be accepted if the product is received incorrectly, faulty, damaged in transit or if there is something wrong with it.  Returns will be assessed on a case by case basis. 

The incorrect item(s) must not been opened or tampered with and are in re-saleable condition.


Due to our HACCP food regulations, please contact us within 1 hour from the delivery time if there is something wrong.

You will need to notify us via email of the item/s you wish to return

Email your returns request to:

Please include

  • The order number, date of receipt and your full name
  • The item/s that you wish to return
  • The reason for the return
  • And if applicable attach a photo of the product so we can assess the issue

What happens on return to our warehouse?
Goods are inspected on return to our warehouse by our stock control officer.


Once your stock return has been authorised by stock control, it will be processed as a store credit or refund.
